Yes, that's possible.

Maximum efficiency thanks to an innovative vertical flat tube heat exchanger

The new, patented Vertical Flat Tube (VFT) heat exchanger sets a clear benchmark for energy efficiency and performance. Its innovative aluminum flat-tube design, featuring a double-tube structure in the manifold, ensures exceptionally even distribution of the refrigerant. This results in a significantly larger heat transfer surface - and thus noticeably lower energy consumption in both cooling and heating modes.

Thanks to segmented heat exchanger sections, the system always operates according to demand and taps into additional efficiency reserves. Smooth fins, which minimize dirt buildup, and integrated drainage slots for rapid water drainage and more efficient defrosting processes ensure hygienically optimized operation.

A durable anti-corrosion coating reliably protects the heat exchanger—even under demanding operating conditions—and ensures a long service life.

Acoustic optimization taken to a new level

The fan design of the YXM series has been completely redesigned. New fan blades reduce airflow turbulence. They improve airflow and reduce operating noise.

Low-Noise Mode offers four settings: 85%, 70%, 60%, and 50% of the rated speed. This allows you to adjust the noise level flexibly. It is ideal for residential areas and other noise-sensitive environments.

Additional fine-tuning is possible via DIP switches. The optimized fan technology further smooths out the airflow. This noticeably reduces operating noise—and increases efficiency.

Can I comply with EN 378 using R32 refrigerant in the system?

Yes, that's possible.

Smart risk management for maximum operational reliability

The YXM series' safety management system ensures safe operation in any situation. It continuously monitors refrigerant usage.

In the rare event of a refrigerant leak, the system responds immediately. Shut-off valves isolate the affected area. All other indoor units continue to operate. This ensures that the air conditioning remains stable and safe.

Y Series

The Y Series employs a modular safety concept: Each indoor unit is equipped with a refrigerant sensor; alarms can be triggered locally or centrally; and, optionally, each branch line can be fitted with shut-off valves. This allows risk management to be flexibly adapted to any project.

Integrated Risk Management (R2 System)

Control is handled via various remote controls—including a black version upon request. All models support the integrated safety management system.

The YXM series complies with IEC 60335-2-40 and EN 378. It therefore meets the most important standards for the safe use of A2L refrigerants.

Integrated Risk Management (Y-System)

R2 Series

The R2 series offers a fully integrated safety concept that goes beyond the capabilities of the Y series. The shut-off valves are built directly into the BC controllers and automatically isolate affected areas in the event of an alarm.

This effectively prevents the spread of refrigerant, allowing the remaining equipment to continue operating safely. The combination of sensors, alarm notification, and automatic shutdown significantly enhances operational safety
and ensures that the HVAC system operates continuously and reliably—even in the event of a malfunction.

System check at the touch of a button

Circuit Inspection

The integrated Circuit Inspection function ensures convenience and safety by allowing all safety-critical components of the system to be checked centrally or locally at the touch of a button. This function enables quick diagnostics.

VRF YXM Outdoor Units

Can my system still achieve very high heating output even at very low outdoor temperatures?

High heating capacity

Yes, that's possible.

Compact in design, powerful in action.

The YXM series maintains its high performance even at extremely low temperatures: even at -10 °C, the system delivers up to 88% of its maximum heating capacity.

This allows for more compact outdoor units without compromising on performance. This is complemented by flexible system designs that accommodate long piping runs and a robust overall architecture designed for continuous operation.

More Cable lengths

Compared to the previous generation, which had a pipe height of 90 m, the new system can now handle 113 m. The total pipe length is now 1,000 m. The guaranteed operating range of the systems in heating mode has also been expanded to −25 °C to 15.5 °C.

Can my system continue to operate in the event of a refrigerant leak?

In the unlikely event of a leak, shut-off valves isolate the affected section, while the rest of the system continues to operate reliably. Operational reliability you can count on.

Can I use other remote controls in addition to the wired remote control with the built-in alarm?

Choose the right remote control for your project from a variety of options. A dark-colored version is also available; all models ensure the system’s security management.
