Multi-purpose outdoor unit for use in 4-pipe systems for the simultaneous production of hot and cold water by means of two independent hydronic circuits and VFD compressors. These units can satisfy the demand for hot and cold water simultaneously through a system that does not require seasonal switching and is therefore a valid alternative to traditional plants with chillers and boilers. Unit with two independent refrigerant circuits, each circuit works with an inverter driven hermetic rotary Scroll compressors using R410A, axial fans, braze-welded plate-type exchanger and thermal expansion valve.

ENERGY SAVINGS
Energy savings guaranteed by the advanced operation logic and inverter driven compressors, which always provide the perfect load in every working mode. The best operation mode is set completely automatically and independently by the unit’s controller, in order to minimize the absorbed energy whatever the heating and/or cooling demand might be.
ErP READY
The highest level of efficiency at part loads meets and exceeds the minimum seasonal efficiency for heating, SCOP, and for cooling, SEER, according with the eco-sustainable design requirements for all products using energy.
INTEGRATED HYDRONIC GROUP
The built-in hydronic module already contains the main water circuit components; it is available with single or twin in-line pump, for achieving both low or high head, fixed or variable speed, available for both plant and recovery circuits (up to 4 pumps).
WIDE OPERATING RANGE
The accurate condensation control (variable fan speed regulation per standard on every model) and devoted kits allow the unit to operate in chiller mode from -10°C to 46°C of outdoor air temperature, from -10°C to 20°C of evaporator leaving water temperature and hot water production in heat pump mode up to 60°C with possibility to operate down to -15°C of external air temperature.
VARIABLE FREQUENCY DRIVE COMPRESSORS
Unit with 2 separate and independent refrigerant circuits each equipped with variable speed drive compressors to achieve the best possible efficiency at partial loads and always deliver the requested load with maximum precision in all working conditions.

Electronic control W3000+

W3000+ features an easy-to-use interface and a complete LCD display that allows one to consult and intervene by means of a multi-language menu (19 languages are available). The diagnostics includes a complete alarm management, with the “black-box” and the alarm history display for enhanced analysis of the unit operation. The programmable timer manages a weekly schedule organized into time bands to optimize unit performance by minimizing power consumption during periods of inactivity. Up to 10 daily time bands can be associated with different operating set points. As option, KIPlink is available - Keyboard In Your Pocket. KIPlink is the innovative user interface based on WiFi technology that allows one to operate on the unit directly from the smartphone or tablet. The regulation is based on the patented “Quickmind” water temperature regulation logic uses self-adapting control to maintain flow temperatures and optimize performance even in low water content scenarios. As an alternative, the proportional or proportional-integral regulations are also available. Optional proprietary devices can perform the adjustment of resources in systems made of several units. Consumption metering and performance measurement are possible as well. Supervision can be easily developed via proprietary devices or the integration in third party systems by means of the most common protocols as ModBus, Bacnet-over-IP, Bacnet MS/TP RS485, Konnex, ModBus TCP/IP, SNMP. Compatibility with the remote keyboard (up to 8 units).
